Private Classes are held at various locations in Berkhamsted, or one to one lessons if preferred Berkhamsted is easy accessible from Chesham, Hemel Hempstead, Watford and St Albans. Contact me for times and availability.
I do advise novices to Pilates to have a course of 1-1 sessions before being integrated into a full class format.
