You arrived here , because you are in need of a change. You might not have felt very well within your own self for quite a while or maybe as long as you can remember. Are you uncomfortable with your own body image, have little self-esteem, little confidence? Or you want to find a better way of eating but do not know where to start. I can help!

What is your relationship with food? Love it Hate it? We should love our food, but it has to be good food, of course. Sometimes we think we eat healthy but did you know that not all, as we know healthy food, is actually healthy for everyone? Besides that We are all very unique so it definitely is not an all for one!

I work with individuals to alleviate and prevent ailments by making dietary recommendations.

Looking after our bodies is so very important, after all your body is your vehicle you are born with, it needs to carry you for, may we hope, a very long time! it’s the only one you will ever get and you should look after it the very best you can.

Food can heal you but food can also make you ill. You think you do it right and then it doesn’t do what you expected it to do. It can be all so hopelessly confusing

I would love to help you find your way with food, if it is either to become slimmer more energetic or helping to decrease symptoms inflammation, and the side effects of these, in the body
In order to live a as much a healthy life as possible a good relationship with food is paramount.
Food disorders like anorexia or bulimia are so very destructive to ones health and this can result in organ failure and even death. Having had struggles with eating disorder myself in my twenties i understand what someone is going through. The biggest struggle is to come forward and acknowledge your problem(s) That’s the starting of your healing journey. Natural Healing is not an overnight solution but requires time and patience.

Nutrition can be used therapeutically for most chronic problems associated with metabolic disease or obesity, and together with other behavioural changes, can be a powerful tool in alleviating or reversing symptoms
